Scott DeGraff Co-Owner of the N9NE group in Las Vegas, Chicago and Dallas adds Aspen to his list of Cities. Formally the Cooking School of Aspen, is now the new home to N9NE Steakhouse four nights a week. N9NE generates a scene that redefines the traditional American dining institution.
